To mention a few, I am a communication scholar, university academic, consultant, conflict coach, and humanitarian.

I am also a researcher, writer, educator, leader, global speaker, and social entrepreneur. At the core of my varied passion is to contribute to creating a peaceful

world where individuals, organizations, institutions, and communities can have successful interactions and healthy conflicts.

My professional mission is to use my understanding and application of human communication to transform conflict at the individual, relational, institutional, organizational, and community levels. In other words, I employ experiential and proven communication approaches to solve conflict situations at these levels.
